Domestic argument leads to fire in Khan Dangkor

The fire broke out on November 23 at 11:30 p.m. The homes that burned are located at Khva Village, Sangkat Dangkor, Khan Dangkor.

According to the police, the owner of the home from where the fire originated is Suth Piseth, male, 27 years old.

Piseth was identified as a military officer. The owner of the house that was destroyed by the spread of the fire was identified as Hun Lang, a 48-year-old male who is also a military officer.

Sources in the area told local news, that Piseth and his wife were heard quarrelling before the blaze happened.

According to local news, Piseth got enraged and set fire to their stove which burned down their home and spread to the home of their neighbour.

It took 6 fire trucks to extinguish the fire. No one was injured in the fire.

Police arrested Piseth and brought him to the police station for questioning.
